Road resurfacing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2847626.

Road being resurfaced but there are ruts and gulleys all over it. This is substandard. With the number of HGV and agricultural vehicles this won't last one season even without frost damage. The subsurface has not been prepared to standard and this is irresponsible and an abuse of public funds.
