  • Still no signs to deter or warn HGVs or large vehicles from using Whale Bank and Dog Drove South plus Common Road as a diversion. A foreign registered artic attempted it again this morning and had to be helped to turn around in the farmyard. All it needs is 3 signs stating residents access only or not a suitable diversion. Please get your traffic management contractors to do their job properly.

    There are still HGVs and other large vehicles using this single track road and still no boards saying local residents only. I was nearly run down this morning whilst walking my dog. Something needs doing before there is a serious accident.
