Woken in the middle of the night by this vehicle who says they are doing road markings. Has not sought prior permission to park on private property and sat with his engine running and lights flashing. Says he cannot park at local services. No notice of this work and a check on your interactive map says there is no works scheduled either. Apart from the main problem of creating a noise disturbance without notice ( I have a job to get up for) what are highways doing employing night shift at additional cost to the taxpayer?
