Disintegration of tarmacked surface. Path used morning and afternoon by primary school children attending Swinderby school. Location : by The Grange, 66 High Street, Swinderby. The issue has been present since 2013. I drawn the council's attention to the problem twice, and it was partially repaired several years ago.
