Requires light shield

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2848410.

The street light is way above our garden wall and the street light causes light pollution into our back garden, we would very much appreciate fitting a shield behind the light so that it doesn't shine so much into our garden
