Mareham Ln, Sleaford NG34 7JP

Reported via mobile in the Tree roots raising footpath category anonymously at 15:12, Wed 2 July 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2848443.

I am writing to you today concerning the overgrown trees situated on the opposite side of my fence, which borders the Mareham Pastures bridleway. The tree's excessive growth has resulted in significant thickening, and tree encroachment is now impacting the bridleway. The trees appear to possess notably robust qualities, and their branches are covered with sharp spikes. The trees underwent pruning by the council several years prior, and subsequent maintenance has not been performed. Could you please arrange for the trees to be trimmed?

Kind regards Penny Barton
