    Trees are overhanging the road

  • Thank you for your response with regards to the enforcement request, unfortunately we would still like to proceed with the enforcement and request that the rocks are removed from the verge as it is a safety concern for road users and pedestrians. As the verge is kerbed the pipes should theoretically speaking be deep enough to not be damaged however we have checked our drainage and there are no Lincolnshire County Council drainage assets on the verge and therefore it is an Anglian Water matter and the depth and their pipes. Thank you for understanding and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for reporting this matter.
