Ongoing problem reported to owner annually with limited action taken that does not resolve the issue. Exit from private access road onto 60 mph road is completely obscured by overgrown hedges. You are over half way onto the highway before oncoming traffic is visible with only a few metres stopping distance for the 60mph traffic once you are visible. Car parked on access road by owner of 155 compounds the issue, as you often have to exit on the wrong side of the access road.
