Central turning bollards have been hit by a car and they are flat on ground . Danger to road users Must of happened beginning of july . A car with its front end all smashed in is parked down Parthian avenue opposite wyberton school which might be involved

    Just had a message to say the are still there but I went past 15 minutes ago and they are not stood up with their lights on the warn. Sign is on the ground to the left as going out of town towards kirton
