Brayford bridge

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2848729.

A number of Road work signs have been placed right across the cycleway going over the bridge from Carholme Road to Tank Memorial roundabout. Very difficult to negotiate around on a bicycle. Especially as is University open day today and bridge is very busy with pedestrians from out of town. May not be impressed with cyclists getting in the way of the footpath because cycleway blocked. Cycle this path regularly and this isn't the first time roadwork signs are placed across cycleway. Thank you.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
