Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2848773.

We were not notified of any roadworks ongoing today. We are a busy pub and serve Sunday lunch. A staff member was told they may be able to let customers through, but to not have been informed, or for you to not have a better plan in place, in absolutely mind boggling.
