Whenever any rain, the drain blocks and doesn't drain away the water. Think the problem may be mud in the drain, but not sure. I've already reported this, on Wednesday the 28th of May with reference code: 4203935. As we've had no rain, I wasn't sure if it had been seen to, but now it's raining again it clearly hasn't. The drain is right outside my front door so a clear flooding risk.

    The problem is definitely mud. The drain is filled with it!

    I understand that this problem has been added to "the next schedule of works", and that the matter is now considered "closed", but when will that be!? A month? 2 months? 6 months?
