Junction of Walcot Lane and West Street Folkingham

Reported via Android in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category anonymously at 10:24, Sunday

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2848778.

Blocked culvert beneath the road and obstructed drainage ditch. This morning after only an hour of moderate rainfall the cast iron cover of the drainage chamber in Walcot Lane is lifting again (creating a tripping hazard). This is caused by the drainage ditch, which runs alongside 49 West Street being obstructed and potentially the culvert beneath West Street also being obstructed. This has been occurring now for the past 5 years and has been reported many times.
