I reported this issue very recently, you replied very quickly & it was dealt with promptly, this morning is the first time it has rained & the blockage is still there. The blockage must be further along the road , north of the actual roadside drain inlet. Thank you.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We’re sending you this message to let you know that Site inspection carried out on the 31.07.25, we've inspected and acknowledge that this gully/system is blocked, but because it is not causing a serious highway safety or property flooding issue we will not be ordering work at this time but we will continue to monitor as part of our routine inspections and further works will be ordered as needed.
