Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849254.

The new method of spraying repair material into the potholes bordering the verges could be aesthetically better if the grass on the verge itself was masked to prevent over- spraying. Driving down this section,you would think that someone had been fly- tipping bituminous paint. Shoddy practice,poor workmanship,or just lack of pride in the countryside.
