Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849270.

This is showing as closed by no one came to clean the drains, despite this being the original report, the Lincolnshire council people said it wasn’t on their map?

    Flooded and blocked still, not to mention badly damaged.

    Yet again we we try and clear this to keep access safe.
