South street car park on the pavement behind boots

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849278.

Uneven surface that needs to be sorted out because people have been tripping over it and hurting themselves.

The car park is South Kesteven District Council and the walkway joining the car park to North Street belongs to Boots Chemist as per the signs quoting Highways Act 1959 section 34.
