Between 4-5 Sorrel Close PROW no 3

The PROW access from Sorrel Close is constantly overgrown by a hedge and brambles and is hampered by a leaning tree. The tenant at house no. 5 gets continual complaints by the public for the state of the bushes and trees when they are SKDC property. The tenant at house no. 5, has been trimming the growth up a little to try to assist.

The growth also hampers visibility for the tenant at no 5 to leave the drive, in case of cyclists using the PROW.

There are regular dog walkers and children that use this PROW.

I am also a resident of this close and recognise this pathway to be a bit of a nuisance. Please could someone take a look and reevaluate the foliage scenario?
