Trip hazard/uneven surface problem

Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'The Claimant was walking to the local Tesco Express from her house along Skegness Road. As she was approaching the
junction of Skegness Road and Herlyn Crescent, the Claimant caught her right foot in a pothole, with a depth of 1 inch. The Claimant twisted herself to try and protect her head and face as she fell to the ground. She placed her hands out infront of her, falling onto her right side.'
