Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert problem

Council ref: 4205496.

Dunston PC arranged for some of the stream to be dredged. Wasn't supposed to be the part in front of Blairgowrie. Did a poor job, edges of beck are now eroding and PC refuse to do anything further to resolve.
