Bridleway leading from Stainton Lane to Nature Reserve

Where the bridleway moves from concrete lane to grass track, there has been a big pile of bricks dumped - fly tipped. My friend reported this to the council fly tipping department who have spread them out so they now cover the path rather than being a big pile. However this is now a completely unsuitable and unsafe surface for horses to walk on, right on a bridleway.
