Hedge obstructing pavement

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849873.

The hedge opposite 2, Ancaster Drive is so overgrown that there is no room for two persons to pass each other. (There is no pavement opposite that continues to the London Road junction; and thereby provide an alternative route!)
