Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849913.
The propertys owners hedge is overgrown and well into the side of the highway making it incredibly difficult to pass on coming traffic. Around 150yards of hedge tight against the highway on the left as approaching the Gelston turn off just in Hough coming from Barkston direction.
