Severely uneven road surface.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2849963.
Please can someone come and asses the condition of Keal Bank. A lot of us residents was not happy from the start, and I always said it was down to them trying to lay the chippings in the extreme heat we had at the time. Over the past year of having the road done, with the volume of traffic that actually uses this lane (cars, vans, lorry’s and tractors), the surface has become very uneven, and if you walk along the lane, you can actually see it’s down to the large lumps of plainings which were put down to raise the road coming through the think layers of chippings which were put down. With living here and driving around a lot, I’ve seen a lot of main roads and other side roads have had a new chipping surface put down, please can Keal Bank be put down to be done again, the road is unbelievably bumpy. And many neighbours feel the same.

Does not yet require further action? Has someone actually walked along the lane to see how badly bumpy some parts are? The lumps of old road plainings which are sticking out through the chippings? What is the council going to do, wait yet another winter for it to get worse again and then not be able to fix it so easily. If someone could just plan works to add a couple more layers of chippings down to even out the bumps I think it would make the road last longer.
