Water stays for a long while, running into mine and my neighbours driveway. Travelling up to the garage and back door area. Roadside drains blocked!!!

    This drain at the road needs sorting asap. We now have water travelling down the side of our property and into the back garden.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that the County has received a large amount of rainfall in a short space of time and as such some water on the network is to be expected. It’s worth noting that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains and watercourses can become overwhelmed. The highways drainage will be cleansed as part of the cyclical rota in Feb 2026. Thank you for reporting this matter.
