Blocked drain opposite care home, recently repaired due to potholed

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2850089.
Pothole was repaired yet drain is blocked and not passing water. Not extreme conditions as other drains along this road are working as designed. This drain needs cleaning which is obviously not done routinely enough.

Why are you not ordering work for this yet flowline have been in the area "cleaning" fully functioning drains including the BRAND NEW ones on bolingbroke road, after only weeks of the road being opened! I don't they were causing a safety issue or highways problem? This needs cleaning nonetheless and I will keep reporting.
