I live at 73 Casterton road. Outside our house the entire side of the road keeps flooding when it rains. The storm drain north of our house is blocked and is not allowing any water to leave causing the road to flood. As cars drive past our house, they must drive directly through the flooded road which in turn is damaging the side of our house. It has been like this for two years.
