Further to the report 28/05/2025 - ref 2845024 the roadside drains remain blocked and are causing water to flow down the road towards Manna Farm and entering at the only clear roadside drains. This occurred after light rain on 19/07/2025, the following day 20/07/2025 the drain at Manna Farm was getting overwhelmed and water was beginning to flow towards the village centre, despite not being prolonged rainfall. As you will be aware from numerous reports, in the past this has caused considerable flooding within the village outside Fotherby House Nursing Home.

Just to let you know this issue has turned out to be more complicated than we first thought. We need to take this on for more investigation. We will let you know the situation as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us.
