Drains and road blocked with mud from Amborella house down the road

I've had to go outside and spent 2 hours clearing the road and drains for a 5th time in 2 years I will now be billing LCC £250 call out fee and £50 per hour for my labour.
Every time the drains are reported we're told they are fine and will be cleaned as part of routine works which never happens so I a disabled person have to do it.
There is mud all over the highway both road and foot path and the drains are constantly blocking when it rains.
This is due to farm traffic and a defect in the road that caused these vehicles to drop mud on the highway due to a subsiding trench in the road that hasn't been fixed properly in two years.
My driveway also gets flooded every time it rains and LCC should expect a bill for repairs due to this damage.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
