New speed indicator south of Toynton All Saints school is hopelessly wrong

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2850487.

COuld not find anywhere to report this - it's a newly erected Speed indicator, just south of the school. It is located immediately above a 30mph round sign, but is showing red and slow down warnings even when you are only doing 25mph. It may be something to do with the school safety speed limits but is set to work even outside those times (3-4pm for example - yesterday it was shouting at my car at 5.25...). It either needs removing or adjusting otherwise it is pointless.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
