• We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

• On 28th August the work outside 11 mill lane saxilby was issued out to be completed. Soon after yellow markings were painted on the area to be repaired. These markings have now faded and no work has been done. Can you please provide with any update on when the work will be completed. Many thanks.

• On 23rd July 2025 I reported trip hazard/uneven surface outside my house at 11 mill lane saxilby ln1 2qd. On 28th August you informed me that your investigations were complete and that repairs were scheduled. Shortly after this yellow markings highlighted area to be repaired. To date nothing has happened, can you please update me on progress.

• In July 2025 I reported broken footpath/trip hazard outside 11 mill lane saxilby. You informed me that the job had been allocated for work. Nothing has been done and I have had no further contact. My wife is currently in remission from cancer and needs to use a walker. She cannot use the walker over this area as it is too uneven and she is likely to trip being unsteady on her feet. Can you kindly please respond to this latest notification with an progress on this issue.

• I reported this issue back in July 2025 which resulted in situation marked by you as put out to contractors for repair. Still nothing done, UPDATE PLEASE
