Edge of narrow road very sharp and a deep drop

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2850681.

There is work haunching further along, but no warning signs that work is in progress on this dark, narrow road. Edge split my car tyre and damaged the wheel, pushing it out of shape. The little warning triangle is my own as I waited two hours for Green flag, unable to get the hub cap off.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

See attached photographs taken of both directions. Verge overrun measured at this general location (same side as warning triangle) approx 32mm. Not at intervention level. No further verge works raised currently. Thank you for reporting this matter.
