• We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the hedge and ditch in question fall within the boundaries of the property, and there is no evidence to suggest that Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) holds any ownership or responsibility for this land.

  The property was formerly part of the Crown Estate, and the transfer documentation includes covenants relating to the boundary hedges and fences that separate the retained land from that which was sold.
