Several potholes and breaking up of road surface over a large area of several feet square. It was last re-surfaced at least 20 years ago, although other potholes on the road have been repaired since and more recently last week. The road is frequently used by delivery vehicles, which use the area as a 'turning circle' because there is no through road, further breaking up the road surface.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and, we have raised what works we can in the area, a further 2 areas have been marked for temporary fixes, all other defects in the area do not reach the required depth level for repairs to be made. We will continue to monitor the area through our inspection regime and raise works when they are required. Thank you for reporting this matter.
