Investigating
From the beginning of Castle View to the full length of council housing
Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 22:38, Tue 29 July 2025
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851138.
The state of the pavement in Castle View is disgusting, it is so overgrown from residents who don't clear back the vegetation growing from their properties coupled with the fact that the pavement surface is very uneven and dangerous. There are people with mobility issues that live on Castle View and this situation is detrimental to their wellbeing. One side of the pavement is unusable due to the cars parked along the whole of it and the other side is unusable because of the state of disrepair, meaning the only option is to walk in the road! Whilst there has been a program of pavement resurfacing in surrounding villages, Walcott seems to have been forgotten once again, I would urge that someone comes out to view the state of the pavement with some urgency!
