Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851151.
Block paver edging stone protruding creating trip hazard or potential damage to vehicles. Mortar loose, paver raised. Have tried to reposition it to lessen the hazard. Paver is the beige one in the photos
