Tree in Garden left unmaintained

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851289.

The tree is overhanging at lease 60% of the highway and getting lower. Vans and lorries hit the overhanging branches. Branches have already fallen due to weight of overhang.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users.
