Strongs Bank near junction with Hurdletree bank,Damgate and Mill Bank

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851362.

There is a metal fence leaning out into the road at a dangerous angle that could cause a serious accident especially once it gets dark. No idea who owns the fence.
