  • Regarding your response that no further action is required. The branches are currently below a height of 1.8 meters. They would be even lower if it were not for someone who keeps snapping the branches off and throwing them into the recess in the Wall opposite. Everything I can find online are various different local authorities suggests that there should be a minimum 2.4 meter high clearance above footways. Please reassess
