• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• I am confused as this has been assessed and agreed that work needed doing. Now it's saying to contact my provider? Who exactly do I need to contact about this as I have now been in touch with Lincoln council, west Lindsey council and highway officers. I was advised highway officers were the correct people? The tree is encroaching out property, our BT line and the road. There a three issues here. Can sometime advise urgently and take action please. The high winds today are further highlighting the need for action
