After enquiries into the land ownership we have had a response that states that Lincolnshire County Council do not own Clay lane the only interest we have in the area is the footpath running along this lane. Unfortunately we are unable to carry out works in the area. The tree officer has mentioned that it is worth checking their title deeds and talk to West Lindsey District Council as these are protected but you have the right to have the limbs of the trees cut that are encroaching into your land https://www.west-lindsey.gov.uk/ my-council/ contacts-facts-and-figures/ council-offices-and-contact-details/ contact-us/ Thank you for reporting this matter.
