Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851907.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday vehicles belonging to the market traders are being parked in the square whilst the market is in operation. This presents both an obstruction and an unnecessary risk of fire/explosion. Most well organised markets require vehicles to be removed once unloaded to reduce this risk
