Belleau - overgrown vegetation causing obstruction
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851918.
This has been reported several times by local tax paying residents. Obstruction of over three into vehicle carriageway causing extreme danger. Failure of highyways to act appropriately or enter dialogue during previous reports. We the residents give 28 days notice that we intend to install the appropriate highyways approved chapter 8 red book carriageway closure signs to prevent further danger. We have also written to Debbie Barnes direct to request she contacts her highways department to understand our frustration. We the residents would be keen to see a copy of the officers risk assessment completed upon the last visits confirming no danger. We intend to highlight this to the local press to improve the situation for all, we assume highways have been able to ascertain the condition of this section of road on mandatory inspections?
