Caller asking for a H-Bar as during the last 20 years parents park in the driveway mostly during school runs. Access is required Premises access required at all times as it is a priest residence and they are on-call and are needed sometimes in emergencies. Could an exception be made for this as drivers tend to take notice of white lines.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we do not currently install NEW h-bars. We are however looking into a new process to have these completed and recorded in the near future. It could also be worth speaking to your local parish council to see if there is a need for a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) in this location. Thank you for reporting this matter.
