Approximate 40 foot from the start of Peach Lane. On the right hand side

Reported via mobile in the Damaged/missing pedestrian guardrail category anonymously at 17:50, Thu 7 August 2025

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2851984.

Following on from some recent investigative work to remove a large obstruction from the dyke which runs underneath the road - the obstruction removed, which is a large plastic drum has been left on the vicinity. Additionally the work has left an unguarded section over the bridge. This is a potential hazard to residents/walkers along this stretch of the road who may be unaware of the drop down Into the gully. This needs urgent investigation and some sort of railing or guardrail adding to ensure the safety of the mainly elderly residents.
