Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2852062.

Over grown hedge restricting use of the pavement outside 1 Balmoral Greylees. The hedge has grown over the pavement so far that it is difficult to push a pram or a pushchair on the pavement, therefore it is only possible to to get past by pushing a child into the road of oncoming traffic. This is the main entrance to the estate and a very busy road at all times.

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users.
