Extremely large overhanging tree trunk

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2852152.

The picture doesn’t show the size of this trunk but I’ve been walking this path for twenty years and I feel it’s now getting too big to at least not inspected as it may be in excess of 14-16” and as it comes out now at 90 degrees the stress on the joint may be becoming weaker. If it comes down and there is someone underneath it will be a fatal incident.
