Report in from attending maintenance team that there works maintain column 013 has been abandoned due to large highways overgrowth. LCC street lighting respectfully request the overgrowth in all directions are cleared asap as we need to return to complete our works. Also this is a substantial overgrowth it is hoped that a sizable clearance will also improve the lighting levels in both directions on the highway.
