  • I have heard nothing more from you about this repair. When your investigators were here last year, they said that the work would be carried out by the end of the financial year.. as this is fast approaching, can I please have an update?

    The grate is sinking further and we will soon be coming up to a year since I initially reported this problem. I have been told twice that progress has been made and work is being scheduled but have heard nothing from you since November last year. I have also reported it to Victoria Atkin via her pothole survey...please come back to me with urgent update
