Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2853205.

I noticed a cover that moves when stood on and also makes a noise. It’s on the pavement on the side of Station Road between the The Mall and the junction with Clarence Road. The pavement is on the same side of the road as the Mall.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We have run into a small snag with our investigation and asked the reporter to update this report with some more detail. Once this is received we will progress our investigation.

Hi,

You have requested more detail. I was reporting a cover that moves and makes a noise and was wondering if it’s safe.

The cover is on the path to Station Road between the Mall public house and the junction with Clarence Road. Woodhall Spa. It’s on the pavement at 5he same side as The Mall

Hi, I refer to my update of 4.9.25.

If you can’t find the cover as I described could you please try on Clarence Road to the shops and the pavement/ parking area in front of the shops after crossing Clarence Road. Also the pavement from the shops to the Inn public house.

I still think it was as previously described but it’s a while ago and could be the other areas.

The cover is not small.
